Every Powdrr trainer goes through a rigorous approval process. A minimum of 1–2 years active PMU experience. A strong live portfolio including healed results. A practical demonstration and teaching assessment. A good artist is not automatically a good trainer — they must be able to teach, correct and maintain standards. Only then do they earn the right to train under the Powdrr name.
And it doesn't stop there. Every Powdrr trainer is annually audited. Undercover trainees. NPS scores. Portfolio reviews. A mandatory Train the Trainers day. If the standard slips, the accreditation is revoked. A Powdrr-trained artist is not signed off based on attendance, but on demonstrated competency.
